− check out一周了，还没有出发票。各种留言联系房东，房东搭理都不搭理我。 就留下一句话，说已经给我发了，也提供不出来证据。 一周之后终于邮寄了发票，还让我检查邮件的垃圾箱。我早就检查100遍了。 自己的服务态度真该提升一下。 It's been a week since I checked out, but the invoice still hasn't been issued. I left all kinds of messages to contact the landlord, but he just ignored me. Just leave one sentence, saying that it has been sent to me, but no evidence can be provided. A week later, the invoice was finally mailed and I was asked to check the spam folder. I've checked it a hundred times long ago. Service attitude really needs to be improved.

By law in Barcelona, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.
Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigaret butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply.
