Our stay at the Chico Creek House was wonderful, peaceful and healing.
10.0The property is absolutely beautiful. It is on a lovely quiet street and there is a beautiful green space behind where you can walk and explore the creek. We saw many amazing birds while hiking and enjoyed the sound of the great horned owl at bedtime. The house is perfect for a group. My family came from all over to congregate there with my 90 year old mom. She could navigate easily with her walker and the large table was perfect for all of our meals and our watercolor party. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing big meals. We also loved having the washer and dryer there so we could all pack light.
− The only thing we wished was different was the walk in shower that was accessible. The shower head is painful to use. It needs to be descaled or replaced. We wished there was a hand held shower head there and accessibility bars. We got a shower chair but my mother still couldn’t use that shower.

10.0Beautiful, well-stocked home! Especially loved the baskets under the bathroom sinks with frequently forgotten items in them, very thoughtful gesture! The backyard area was lovely, with no rear neighbors and great view of the creek.
− The driveway is very steep, but we have a truck so that was not an issue. Others who may have vehicles that are lower to the ground may have an issue with parking there. Plenty of street parking is available, however.
