5.0The location is good,very near to the shopping mall.
− Sometimes have water,but sometimes no water,I need to adjust the faucet myself for very long time.

3.0Friendliness and quick response from the contact. The internal design is cozy n simple.
− Basic cleanliness is not there. The floor is sandy. Dead bodies of insects are found on the sofa bed. A hair dryer is not available until being asked which is the following day. Broken hooks in the toilet. Removed after we feedback with no replacement. All the above was feedback on the 1st day but not much was improved. The contact person kept on apologizing on behalf of the cleaning unit which is not helping the situation.

− The water dispenser was not connected to water, need to buy drinking water , second floor could make noise to the basement when people walk by the wooden floor
