1.0− Esperienza decisamente negativa. Prima del check-in il proprietario mi ha fornito un codice per il ritiro delle chiavi, ma il codice era errato e non permetteva di ritirarle né di accedere alla struttura. Sono arrivato in piena notte, dopo il ritardo del mio aereo, e mi sono trovato impossibilitato a entrare nella struttura. Ho provato a contattare telefonicamente il proprietario più volte per ricevere assistenza, ma non ha mai risposto alle mie chiamate, lasciandomi completamente senza supporto in una situazione di grande disagio. Ritengo inaccettabile che una struttura ricettiva fornisca informazioni errate per l'accesso e non garantisca alcuna assistenza agli ospiti, soprattutto quando arrivano in tarda notte. Questa situazione ha compromesso fin dall'inizio il mio soggiorno e mi ha causato notevoli disagi. Purtroppo, sulla base della mia esperienza, non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

− lenzuola sporche abbiamo dovuto acquistare delle lenzuola nuove e pulite. capelli sul tappetino del bagno, inoltre non c’era la chiave della seconda camera che abbiamo prenotato e siamo dovuti entrare dal balcone per due giorni interi, sarebbe il caso di avere un rimborso completo per l’esperienza traumatica. tra l’altro abbiamo chiamato ininterrottamente la proprietaria per chiedere la chiave della porta o almeno una spiegazione ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. siamo stati contattati solamente il giorno del checkout per dirci di andarcene . voto 2

5.0Allora la posizione è molto strategica e ci sono diverse stanze nella struttura e c'era il balcone con 2 sedie e un tavolino per fumare
− . Ma ho notato non attenzione all'igiene e poi mancava il sapone e la ricarica aggiuntiva di carta igienica e il mini frigo che c'era nemmeno faceva nulla di che 😂😂
