− There was terrible mold coming from the window in the room where we slept, and a terrible stench in the room. Die Handtücher riechen nicht frisch, und es gibt kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche. The towels don't smell fresh, and there is no hot water in the shower. There is no toilet paper in the restroom.

1.0I didn't like anything at all; everything was bad.
− Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. She misled us about the cancellation process and later sent false WhatsApp messages claiming that we had taken the keys, which was simply not true.
Terrible musty smell in the room, we had to sleep with door open. No windows in the flat!
