Nice clean place. With a few improvements it would be perfect.
7.0The two bedrooms a double and twin are both fine. The one with the double bed is small for a double bed but as we were not staying there very much it was fine. Bedroom with the 2xtwin beds is better.
− Some maintenance is required in both bathrooms- eg shower hose. Kitchen is adequate however the kitchen utensils are poor - knives are not sharp and there is no sharpener, pans are old / damaged / warped. The cutlery is really cheap and poor quality. There is no proper serving bowls, chopping board , trivets, only one tea towel. While overall the place is clean the bins need a good clean - there are liquid stains from previous guests on both of them. The windows in the main living room only open a small amount and as it was very warm this was not good. The sofas in the living room - I guess convert into beds and this would allow six people to stay but the sofas themselves are very uncomfortable to sit on. Main bathroom door sometimes locks and is difficult to open from inside.
Lovley flat and location will consider staying again if we’re in the area

− issues with anither tenant parking in our designated space. Both Bedrooms felt a little cramped for space especially if more than one person in room, but manageable.
