7.0Location was excellent- a short walk to Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road tube stations
− Ground floor. Noisy at night. Communal front door slamming closed whenever other building users come and go. Very hot and no air con ( which I read was available) Dirty cutlery although we didn’t use any as ate out. Bathroom more of a wet room with central shower so have to mop floor after showering. The host was very good and fixed a broken blind which was hanging off - also offered more freestanding fans ( as no air con) - also no tea/coffee or dishwasher tablets. All in all I wouldn’t stay again as was down at heel and needed a good refresh.
