Place great. Application process was a terror due to the buggy software the owner forced me to use.
9.0Location was near our event. The facility was clean and comfortable.
− The web based application software that the owner used was extremely cumbersome and locked up during the process. When using the help chat function (during business hours) there was no response. I called the owner's phone for help but only got voice mail, no help. The owner never answered our phone call/voice mail when about two months before our stay as we changed our schedule and wanted to add an additional day to our stay. This caused us to have to move to a nearby hotel for our last day. Customer service was non existent. An extremely poor experience in this regard. Expedia should be the only web software allowed to be used when registering for a stay and that should be Expedia's policy. The buggy, poorly programmed web software the owner used was tedious and painful to use and wasted about three hours of my time. As nice as it was I will never rent this property again due to the frustration with the non Expedia software that I was forced to use.
