2.0The apartment was clean and was close to restaurants and shops.
− A negative experience of renting this apartment. On the Booking.com page, it was stated that the apartment offers parking, which turned out to be untrue. The first issue I encountered was that there were no parking spaces. After contacting the administrator, I was told to park my car somewhere on the street and send a photo via WhatsApp showing that I wasn’t blocking the road or other residents’ cars. The apartment was reserved for two adults and a child, and it was fully prepaid in advance. In the evening, we faced the second issue — there was no bedding provided for the child. I messaged the apartment administrator and only received a reply the next morning, saying that an additional set of bedding for a child costs extra — 100 Ron. This information was not mentioned anywhere on the apartment’s page. The third issue: there was nowhere for the child to sleep, as the sofa was broken and could not be unfolded. Other issues included: broken drawers in the wardrobe, and the broken lock of the bathroom door. Now ask yourself — does this apartment’s rating on Booking.com truly reflect reality? My advice: avoid this property.
