Beautiful property in a perfect sea side town
10.0Beautiful property that was style really well, kitchen fully stocked, lots of room, beds were wonderfull, location was fantastic - a very nice property for a family vacation or a few couples to enjoy.
− Collecting the keys was fine but I would always prefer a lock box or keyless entry at the property to save the extra stop ( but I understand if you have a property manager it makes sense)

− Would have loved some more curtains for privacy - and also so the room was darker for the kids trying to go to sleep. Otherwise loved it.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
