7.0Nice and convenient for working in teeside. Facilities are fine, staff are helpful with queries ect.
− You pay a £300 damage deposit, and you feel at any moment something will break. A fair bit of maintenance is required First 10 mins of being there one of the bedroom door handles came off, one door doesnt fit the frame so won't shut. The toilet is a good fart away from toppling over. Blinds in most bedrooms look like a cats been at them Close the curtains with gentle care as the curtain poles feel like they'll snap The coffee table sways from left to right if you breathe near it.
