8.0Déco très design, mais pas fonctionnel.
− Les pièces à vivre ( cuisine, salle à manger, et salon au 1er étage, chambre, sdb et accès terrasse au rdc. L'inverse de ce qui est fonctionnel, il faut descendre pour faire ses besoins, et monter pour se faire un café. L'escalier est dangereux surtout côté ascenseur ( house service), car il manque une rambarde.

10.0Le cadre agréable et calme et la sécurité. Paco est une personne gentille et discret et toujours joignable en cas de problème. Je recommande cette ôte.
− La chaleur seul bémol, il fait trop chaud en Espagne et surtout cette région.
