9.0The owners of the apartment try to think of and provide all that you might need. (But note there is no oven). Clean, comfortable and in a quiet area. Having a parking space is helpful. We liked having the front yard to sit out. There is a very good Pingo Doce supermarket nearby with lots of fresh food including fish. São João do Estoril station is about 15mins walk away but be aware there is a steep uphill coming back. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.
− There is no window in the double bedroom, only an internal sliding window to the twin room, which we knew when booking.

5.0The apartment is spacious in a quite part and I believe it is good for couple days in the summer. Kitchen, living room and bathrooms were nice, bed was comfortable. The owners were very responsive and understanding and were trying to find solutions for our issues which I appreciate.
− We rented it in winter for long-term and it didn't meet expectations at all. The apartment was super cold (it took hours to heat it up at least a little bit), very dark, the main bedroom does not have an actual window (only a connecting window to the other room), the second bedroom had no shelves or anywhere to put clothes. We found part of the kitchenware dirty, and the cupboards as well (not sure if it was dirt or mold) - so I had to start our stay by cleaning the apartment. After one night we decided to leave for different place. I believe the owners will take care of these things and make it work for future guests :)

10.0The location is relaxing, easy by car, and own parking. De apartment itself was very big, we didn't have the feeling of compromising anything at all
− We mist an oven for cooking, but that is not a big deal to me.
