Garage intérieur pour la voiture Plusieurs lits Clôture fermée pour accès à l’arrière cours et garage. Air climatisé fonctionne bien mais on ne peux pas ajuster la température. Eau chaude en quantité suffisante.

− Maison malpropre, rideau tachés, sales et déchirés, les stores sont tous brisés, beaucoup de fourmis sur les comptoirs de la cuisine et salle de bain. Lits pas confortables, pas de couvre matelas, une couverture et un drap dans le lit pour se couvrir, peu d’assiettes et ustensiles, les photos montre du café, des filtres et du lait en poudre mais en réalité, il n’y a rien du tout. Pas de débarbouillette, l’annonce mentionne que les produits de bain, papier toilette, savon à vaisselle et détergent à lessive sont fournis mais ce sont juste des restants qui nous sont donnés. J’ai demandé qu’on nous en fournisse davantage et il ont répondu à ma demande. Ce n’est pas une propriété que je vais relouer.

Everything we need was there. Close to Grand Canyon. Very comfortable accommodation, definitely we would likely to come back again.

Es una casa muy bonita, ubicada en un buen lugar y cómoda. Un vecindario muy tranquilo!

− Solo tienen un poco descuidado pequeñas cosas, como ser las cortinas en general (la sala con cortinas en mal estado, habitaciones en la misma condición y baños con cortinas sucias). Y en la cocina talvez puedan colocar uno u otro utensilio de cocina más ya que se dificulta un poco cocinar cuando somos familias grandes.

− Obiekt nie nadaje się do zamieszkania brudne pościele, materace brudne jakby ktos je znalazł na ulicy ,klejące sie podłogi,stoły,kanapy, wybite okna uszkodzone rolety,smród w pomieszczeniu, rozwalające się szafki, bardzo brudne przybory kuchenne, obiekt wyglądał jakby nikt nie sprzątał tam od dawna!! pozostawione przybory higieny osobistej po poprzednich lokatorach typu używane czyściki do zębów, bielizna ,chusteczki itp . Właściciel nie odpowiada na wiadomości prywatne oraz booking.com z prośbą o zwrot kosztów po złożeniu reklamacji ewidetnie próbuje naciągać turystów!!!!! Opinie na booking.com wyglądają na kupione!!!!

The only thing I like was there were restaurants and stores close by.

− The place was so filthy and disgusting. The house look like it haven't been cleaned for months. There was mold on the shower curtains. The blinds were all broken in each room. I didn't feel safe for me and my family knowing someone could have watched us from the outside. The fridge was dirty as well. This has been the worst experience! I will NEVER rent at another home again. This is my first and last time. Good luck getting in touch with the owner if you need something he doesn't answer the phone. BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The sheets on the bed also seemed to look dirty. I had to go and buy an air mattress. My stay was HORRIBLE.

Overall it was good.

I liked the area, garage, tall countertops and toilets, quietness of the neighborhood and lighting in the home.

− Entryway step into home is very high-it needs an extra step, no table outside (the owner said she would put one out there), very little kitchen soap (we left 1/2 bottle), NO kitchen dish towels, pot holders, measuring cups, ONLY 4 spoons, no coffee (picture of coffee in ad), cookware is old and needs replaced and more of them, only 2 bathroom hand towels and NO wash cloths, no bathtub stopper, blinds were dirty and some broken and one sliding closet door in front bedroom was broken.
