The caravan was spotlessly clean. The hot water and heating were the stars of the show! Shower was excellent. Had to put the heating on to dry some wet shoes and warm up a little from a wet trip to the beach, had it on for around an hour before I had to open the door and windows as it was baking hot. To the point that I was cooking in bed until around 7am when I woke up! The facilities on site were superb too and kept my son (4) and I entertained easily for the 5 days. I would love to come back when the weather is a little warmer or more forgiving but I cannot find fault in this site really. Few little things that need a little TLC, predominantly around the indoor pool area

− Indoor pool one set of ladders was loose. As a heavy guy, I didn’t have full confidence that using this one ladder more than the first time I did at the deep end was a good idea. Needs re-concreting in as it was very loose. Also trim around the pool missing timbers/plastic trims with some quite sharp pieces, easy to hurt yours or young ones feet. Also, baffled why the showers and toilets are one end of the pool but the changing rooms are though the other door. My boy needed toilet half way through dressing and was left with no choice but to repack our bags (no lockers) and carry everything, half naked, back around the pool area to the toilet.

Facilities on site like the swimming pools , arcade ect are good.

− We didn't like the position of our caravan. The picture of the caravan on the advert was not positioned like it looks on that so misleading I wouldn't of booked if I knew. Our caravan was the last one on the cleavewood site. Felt like I was on a cliff edge. We couldn't even take our car to it as there wasn't much maneuvering space and the people in the other caravan had parked there car near our caravan so no space for 2 cars. We had to park at the top of clevewood site. The caravan needs updating very old and tired. Curtains had mould on them. Radiators full of thick dust. Also paid £10 to get Internet and didn't receive Internet coverage while there so that was very disappointing.

We couldn't stay in above property as it was too far away for me to walk as I have Parkinson's. Staff were amazing, they let us change to the orchards property 8 instead. They recognised my need for a level place near to the amenities and went out of their way to help. Thank u so much for your kindness. It made the holiday so special.

− Food in main entertainment area. Bearable to eat but worth £5. not £15. Basic oven chips. Sorry guys
