10.0Good location. Great help on how to do the parking.enjoyed the stay. Having a stove help save money. Good place and staff
− Guards on the beach for other motels would not let people on beach. With carry items and put children along road side with traffic flowing. Made no sense. Nothing to do with our motel. That made ours better than the rest of them.

1.0Close to pick up location for festival
− It was dirty! Filthy actually. The management company we tried to speak to about there being no toilet paper, paper towels or cleaning products were rude. And to top it off we were originally offered complimentary early check in and when I say our final bill they did charge us. I provided them with proof of the complimentary check in and they refused to honor it. They gave me attitude and were very unprofessional.

− The apartment floor was not clean. The pots and pans were very old, worn and the coating was flaking off.
