Good one night stay at Unit 9, The Penthouse

Unit 9 (The Penthouse) is in a great location with fantastic dinner options around. Apartment was neat and tidy. Hot shower and heating was amazing in the middle of winter. One bath towel per guest provided in bathroom. Plenty of space to lounge in the living area, open luggage and hang clothes in the wardrobe. Plenty of powerpoints available around the apartment. Floor to ceiling windows facing the lake. Large bin was available under the kitchenette sink. Undercover parking space available right outside the apartment door was super convenient. Host was proactive communicating key collection instructions via email on the morning of the stay.

− Unit 9 (The Penthouse) did not have internet access. Apartment is located on top of a flight of stairs which is long and fairly dark. Only one pillow provided per guest (spare pillows in wardrobe did not have pillowcases so we didn't use them). A few light bulbs and window blind were not working. Limited television channels.

Great location right in the centre of town on the lake , our host was fantastic and quick to communicate. Unit was comfortable and had everything we needed, early check in and the heater on for us for when we arrived was a bonus! Definitely recommend for a stay in Nagambie.

− Fridge not working. Bedside light not working. No toaster . No bathmat . Offered upgrade which was actually a downgrade. Unstaffed reception. Faulty number lock (entry) one towel room booked for double.
