9.0LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
− We started off with our air conditioner breaking so they moved us to another beautiful room and they said we would keep the same door code…Well we went to the Ohio club got back about 11:30 and the code to the front door did not work and we couldn’t get in ( and my phone was dead)so I knocked on the front door for 20 minutes until a very angry man in 1 of the rooms came and opened the door so we could get in. I got in touch with booking.com and someone called me and apologized for the in-convenience. The location is the absolute best… cost $20 a day to stay in the parking lot that is right next to The Exchange.

9.0The location is perfect and love how everything we want to visit and see is walking distance. Everyone is very nice and friendly.
− The room we got was the perfect size for 2 people. What we didn't like was the bed, it was way too soft. We sleep on extra firm mattress. If the bed was a bit firmer it'd of been very perfect. The outdoor patio has its charms but wish there was more comfortable seating.
We loved this location and the cleanliness! We would stay here again!

− Parking garage closed, parking lot parking was $8/hr. Had to park down the street in a sketchy area. Hair clippings on the bathroom sink…

9.0Location Location Location. And the ease of coming and going in the center of Hot Springs. We were very pleased and happy with our choice. Yes we would stay here again!!
− The room we had could have used a little table rather than the top of refrigerator. The bed was just comfortable...And old building cannot keep out the noise of traffic...
