8.0Great location in the heart of Byron Bay — everything was within walking distance: bars, cafes, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The room was very spacious with plenty of cozy areas to relax.
− It looked a bit older than in the photos, but not in a bad way. Since it seems renovated from an old building, it didn’t feel like a typical hotel or apartment.

1.0− Smell was quite damp. Sticky floors, sticky toilet seat. Beds were made but as you pull down the covers hair was over the fitted sheets. Hair on the floors inc the shower floor. Stained lounges. Very disappointing had to leave a day early due to the lack of cleanliness in the apartment. Currently working with the owner/ other agencies to get a refund as booking.com was not helpful. If it was properly cleaned and furniture was updated I’d say it would be good for short stays or backpackers. I travelled with a friend but I wouldn’t advise travelling with children due to the noise. I do have a tonne of videos and photos of the inside that I won’t share however has already been shared with the owner, booking.com and external agencies helping me get my money back. I truely don’t think I have ever been in or paid for an apartment this dirty before.
