1.0Η τοποθεσία ήταν ικανοποιητική. Το κατάλυμα ντροπιαστικά απογοητευτικό.
− Η εμπειρία της διαμονής δεν ήταν καθόλου ικανοποιητική, καθώς το ταβάνι παρουσίαζε έντονες φθορές, με εμφανείς ρωγμές και τριξίματα από τις γυψοσανίδες, ενώ ένα ξύλινο δοκάρι είχε τοποθετηθεί πρόχειρα για να στηρίζει το πάτωμα του πάνω ορόφου, δημιουργώντας αίσθημα ανασφάλειας. Επιπλέον, το κλιματιστικό ήταν συνδεδεμένο με πρόχειρη μόνωση καλωδίων μέσω μονωτικής ταινίας, ενώ το χειριστήριό του δεν λειτουργούσε και μπορούσε να τεθεί σε λειτουργία μόνο μέσω remote στην πρίζα, κάτι που το καθιστούσε ιδιαίτερα άβολο. Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα, υπήρχε έντονη αίσθηση παραμέλησης, καθώς βρέθηκε μεγάλη ποσότητα σκόνης πίσω από τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, γεγονός που δεν ήταν μόνο αντιαισθητικό αλλά και επικίνδυνο για την υγιεινή. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, οι παροχές που υπήρχαν στο χώρο χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, αν και η συνολική εικόνα ήταν απογοητευτική.
