The reception staff were excellent—both employees were warm and welcoming, with the woman in particular going above and beyond by communicating clearly using Google Translate. I also had the chance to meet the owner one evening; he was friendly, spoke very good English, and offered helpful recommendations for the rest of my trip in Vietnam. The room itself was comfortable, especially the bed and duvet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hot water worked perfectly, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the water filter at reception and the kettle in the room, which allowed me to avoid using plastic bottles.

− Cleanliness could be improved, as there was noticeable dust on the wardrobe and TV. Additionally, one night was disrupted by smoke coming from a neighboring room—other guests were smoking, and the smell entered my room through the bathroom ventilation. This issue persisted until they checked out late the following morning.

Family ran hotel, good position, good price. Bathroom clean, hot and strong shower, soap and shampoo supplied. Clean and tidy, standard Vietnamese hotel.
