− Broken window and fan. Stained bedding. All pots were left in dishwasher. Stained sofa. Cigarette ends all over terrace. Needs a thorough clean.

Aside the constant fear and monitoring of my 3 and 5 year old from plying near the windows or the broken fan, it was a f
5.0It was clean, plenty of storage and natural lighting. Enough towels were kept and also some condiments in the cupboards. It was a good place for a family especially when one wants to make a meal. It is also located in a vibrant area where one can access restaurants, eateries, bars and shopping within a minute or two walking. That was great.
− There were several hazards especially for children. The apartment is 3rd floor, the room windows open from bottom up without protection, in such a way that if it isn’t noticed, a child can walk or crawl through and drop 3 stories down(shivers)!!! The standing fan in room two has its front cover off and front legs broken so if it comes on it will either fall forward or cut clean someone’s hand or even a child’s ( it should be removed completely). The bathroom extractor fan is completely covered in dust and debris. Not a complaint but an anti slip mat can be used in the bathtub to prevent slips and accidents. Overall I don’t think it’s family friendly especially with young kids.

− Cleanliness. Security. No washer. Outside the apartment appears to be the location for everyone to dump their bin bags, rubbish, bottles of urine etc.

− Virkelig meget bilstøj fra gaden, så nogle støjreducerende vinduer ville være fantastisk. Desværre fungerede vaskemaskinen ikke.
