10.0We stayed 2 nights and really loved this place for various reasons. It is two teenage daughters aged 15 and 13 with very good English who help their parents run the guesthouse and do most interaction with clients. The parents run the homestead and mum cooks for the guests. We have tried several of her meals and all were delicious. The accommodation itself is simple and very clean, 4 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms. Excellent starting point for hikes. The whole family is very kind and heartfelt and you really feel connected with all of them despite the language barrier. Tried milking cows - not as easy as it seems. ;)
− We would appreciate more furniture in the rooms - a shelf or hooks on the wall or doors to hang our clothes. Also breakfast and dinner are on the expensive side (seems to be the standard in Ushguli) but it is possible to order a la carte. The food is delicious.

7.0Sehr authentisch, mitten im unteren Ortsteil von Usghuli, mit Auto gut erreichbar, sehr günstige Unterkunft, Kontakt zur Gastgeberin prompt, Organisation Reitwanderung zum Gletscher hervorragend , Ausstattung einfach aber zweckmäßig, Betten sehr bequem
− Bäder nicht so gut gepflegt, Preis für Frühstück unverhältnismäßig hoch, Tee / Getränk erst auf Nachfrage, Service bemüht aber ausbaufähig
