Nice apart from no hot water . We had to boil the kettle to wash up . We feel we deserve a refund

9.0Very specious, nice and clean. A bit hard to find it in quite a big caravan park, but thats not a big problem. Had a little issue with the heating which was resolved quick enough.

− No bed linen provided. Even though host assured me it was under the bed. Twin single room cold , rad not working properly so had to use sofa bed.many light bulbs blown. Shower attachment not working needs to be fixed, does not Hold,too tight Owner did not get back too me. Boiler had too ask a stranger too help out with it. Local chippy, ect shut. Very rude, inconsiderate owner who should have called me back was holidaying in Portugal Chalet parked by walkway too reception, many dogs fowling the grass area provided. Not a nice experience over Christmas time, stressful and whole place especially living area did not heat up properly, rads like warm at best. Would like my money back. Reception were disgusted and apparently some other holday people had a bad time. This place has the potential to be good but you can't treat people like this.
