9.0Very simple instructions I understood easily. The owner provided all the images and location details. I had a good night. Btw, I broke 1 glass, oops. Sorry owner, I wanted to pay for it, but he let me go. What a nice guy. Thank you very much.

Generally a convenient location but uncomfortable stay
2.0The location was wonderfully central in the region and fairly easy to access. Also the size of the appartment was fine to fit my whole family i was traveling with. Checking in and checking out with the keys was an easy system and well described.
− The hygiene of the apartment was very much below expectation. We had to complain about it to the contact person and apparently it was cleaned again but remained dirty. Also the complex is extremely noisy, a lot of shouting, loud music until late at night and very poor sound insulation. Generally the apartment was underequipped as well, basic dish drying towels were absent, a Squeegee to dry the bathroom floor after a shower was missing. Bathroom towels were full of bleach stains not giving the idea of cleanliness
Overall a great stay.
8.0All is good, we especially like that all rooms are attached with bathrooms. And we loved the cats decor 😻 The PIC responded quickly to our requests.
− It could do with more seatings. Maybe a set of chairs & small table on the balcony & another two seater sofa or bench in the living room.
