3.0The location was convenient for the mentawai fast ferry, and the restaurant downstairs was very good. The AC works
− It was a very disappointing stay, firstly the room we booked on booking.com was not available when we checked in. They said they didn’t receive the notification of the booking so we got downgraded from an ensuite to one with a shared bathroom. The room we had was so small (like a prison cell) no windows, and doesn’t look anything like the photos. It was also so noisy, people shouting and talking all through the night with no staff to ask them to keep it quiet.
