1.0− 28/06 customer service Bonjour, j'espère que vous aller bien, J'ai reserver une chambre pour deux jours dans cette etablissement, mais je viens d'arriver sur place et l'etablissement en fermer et sans affiche ou information. Je suis bien a la bonne adresse. Un homme douteux était proche de la maison, et me dit que c'est fermé. II reste a coté de moi et m informe que ca a deja été reporter. (Je comprends pas que ça le prè-occupe et il me force a partir avec insistance) Je pense que c'est une mauvaise magouille de sa part. Dès que je suis arriver il est venu directement m'aborder pour me faire partir, j'ai envoyer en fin d'après-midi mon heure d arriver. Je vous envoie la photo de la facade, je vais réserver une autre nuit ailleurs. J'aimerai s'il vous plait un remboursement, c'est la deuxième fois que ça m'arrive. Dans l'attente de votre retour, Bonne journée
