Nice place, but a few items detract from its overall positive appeal
8.0The complex had a very nice pool, hot tub, putting green, shuffleboard, shaded areas and large lawn. Apartment had all the necessary amenities (TV, kitchen, beach items, etc.) with a nice view.
− Single aircon unit on opposite side of the unit from the main bedroom, so it was hot sleeping (provided fan did not work) The unit trim (furniture, shower, cabinets, countertops, etc.) were quite dated

8.0The location was great with a wonderful view of the ocean, pool, and beautiful grounds. The condo was very nicely decorated.
− The kitchen and bathroom are in need of updating and the kitchen lacked adequate prep and serving essentials.

9.0The view was beautiful. We were right by the pool. The location is near alot if things we could walk to.
− The unit only had one air unit and it didn't cool the entire condo. The bedroom was hot but they brought us an extra fan which helped.
Had a great time. Room was very comfortable.
