Completely fraudulent representation platinum grade more like old retired caravan

− It rained and water was pouring in from the roof rand the emergency number 2 hours later rang back they said someone would come out and sort the problem ( the place was not clean on arrival and the hot water didn't work and the leak from the roof wasn't even delt with in the 4 days stay we were there very disappointed it should be either fixed before it is rented out again or condemned ...contacted the c2 holiday company that was not very helpful at all listed my complaint still nothing and no contact to discuss complaints and compensation ( do do get me wrong I paid a lot of money for a so called platinum caravan not happy) remove from listing before you get mor complaints ( miss representation isn't that against the law?) still looking forward to someone to contact me regarding a full or part refund for wasting a weeks holiday

− There was only 2 chairs for the dining table , 4 would have been better.I appreciate space is a consideration but maybe 2 collapsable stools would,be the answer
