10.0The property was Devine. Hampton vibes. Location was perfect! So comfortable. Had every lush appliance we could possibly need plus some. Art on the walls were gorgeous. Our little furry child was living his best life with us. Thank you 🫶🏼

8.0Great location especially walking distance to a dog beach. Loved that the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes and cutlery - especially the air fryer and rice cooker. Loved eating out on the balcony and hearing the waves.
− Requirement to have the dishes put away before checking out is a hassle. That's why when we first arrived, lots of the dishes and cutlery were dirty as the previous guests did not bother cleaning them and just stashed away their dirty dishes and cutlery in the drawers. It was so disgusting! Pest control is needed as there were some little cockroaches coming out of the bathroom drains.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
