Awful Customer Service
5.0The apartment was clean and nice.
− When we arrived, the pool was closed. We booked the holiday on the basis that the apartment had access to the pool. I contacted the vendor and got a generic reply which did not explain why our pool was closed specifically when others were open. I then contacted customer services who contacted the vendor who offered a 20% discount, which I did not accept as this did not cover anywhere near the extra cost we incurred having to pay for use of another pool. I then rang back to find out that someone had accepted the 20% offer. I was not impressed so I was told this would be rectified, again it wasn't so I gave up with trying to explain why I didn't want to accept 20%. I was told that the refund would be in my account after the 25th June. This date came and went. Again I chased to then be told that I needed to update details on my booking.com account which I hadn't been told before and were irrelevant to me receiving a refund. I passed these details and was told it would be in my account in 24 hrs. We are now a week later and still nothing. To top things off I rang up and after waiting 15 mins to speak to someone they hung up on me!
