6.0Apartment mit Potenzial Die Lage des Apartments hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Trubels, sodass wir Ruhe genießen konnten. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön und für eine Gruppe mit acht Personen war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Der Eigentümer wohnt direkt nebenan und war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
− Leider gibt es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir zunächst selbst überall durchwischen und die Küche von Fett- und Schmutzrückständen befreien. Da hatten wir das Gefühl, dass hier wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Auch das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss bereitete Probleme, da das Wasser nur sehr langsam ablief. Dadurch stand nach dem Duschen regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Umgebung sehr viele Mücken. Die auch von Vorgängern an der Wand unschön sichtbar sind. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern würden hier sicherlich für mehr Komfort sorgen. Schränke fallen auch fast auseinander und an den Wänden sind Wasserflecken.
Vila je potrebna dobre prenove, ni vredna tega denarja.
6.0Velikost hiše.
− Ni čisto, slaba higiena, bazen je bil poln umazanije po tleh, lastnik je celo povedal da bo zjutraj vklopil sesalec, pa ni bilo nič od tega. Sobe neočiščene,vse povsod polno striglic, kobilic in drugih žužkov. Iz odtokov smrdi, še posebej iz stranišča v prvem nadstropju. Morje oddaljeno 15 minut vožnje.
