Very disappointed. Would not return!
5.0Clean room. Kitchen facilities were ok. Teas Coffees Sugars & Milk provided. There was a small Fridge & Microwave but no Cooker.
− No Parking outside the property. Had to use a side street. Room was very warm & no Fan provided. Luckily we had bought our own with us. The blinds on the window let the light in. Needs additional blackout curtains. Arrived and the maintenance man was in our room putting up a Patio Table & Chairs so we had to wait before unpacking. The shower unit bracket was broken so I could not use it until the next day late afternoon after it was fixed. This was after multiple visits with the wrong parts. Our time was wasted with numerous phone calls & waiting for him to return. The sheets were all crumpled & wrinkled upon arrival & there were holes in the pillows with the stuffing hanging out. The TV was an absolute nitemare to navigate. After speaking to the hosts they were very reluctant to part refund us but eventually agreed to refund a very small amount that we think should have been more.

− Couldn’t work out how to get the shower water hotter. Also, still waiting to receive security deposit repayment 9 days later.

4.0Location was great and it was very clean
− The accommodation, decor and bathroom facilities are all very tired. The hallway looked particularly tired with peeling wallpaper. Noise travels through and as I walked as ground floor I heard everyone coming and going.

9.0Excellent location and great communication from the hosts. Close to the centre and a comfortable place to stay with good facilities. Cosy and convenient - would recommend!
− Towels were shedding fluff but otherwise nothing bad. Noise travels easily through the house but that cannot be helped of course!
