8.0The hostesses were extremely friendly, they even put our luggage in our room after we left it at the reception before the check-in. (No elevator).
− The rooms are a bit old, but you have everything you need.

5.0We booked it for the weekend when Takayama festival was happening - there were not many options to choose from, stayed in the room with en suite bathroom. Everything was clean.
− What made our stay super unpleasant is the awful diesel exhaust smell coming from the heater/pump(?) for sento. If you stay here - do not open the windows.
