Bed was comfy nice temperature on the house

− It was not clean had a lot of stains floors on couch and floors were not moped or swept dirty and laundry inside a closet dusty and bad smelled

Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to many amenities. Everyone slept comfortably. My kids especially liked playing the games in the TV cabinet. We had a very enjoyable time. I would definitely stay here again.

− We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning that were addressed with the property manager with quick and courteous communication to either rectify or acknowledge.

Not really worth it.

Nice town and medium location; just 1 mi from important places/ shops.

− Hello; I am almost packed up and ready to leave first thing. A few issues you need to address. Please visit the property you are representing. There is a terrible smell as you enter; not good. Also, the toilet is loose bolting onto the floor; indicative of a rotten under layment. The shower curtain rod is so terribly rusted, that rust dust falls on you as you close it. ( too include, you need to buy a new liner, new curtain and new hooks. I recommend plastic hooks, as they won't also rust!). Your cleaning lady is only doing a C- level job; and I don't think you do QC on her. The kitchen and kitchen appliances have a grease layer all over them. It was nice you have a filter water jug; but you also need to clean out the mold/ mildew once a month at least. I don't think you own the building, but the Lawn service company is only doing about a B- level job. They DO cut the grass, but they don't weed at all, nor pick up trash, especially in the back lot. And the back stairwells/ cases need to be deweeded and cleaned out. Not a good look. The back hallway ( downstairs ) needs to be swept/ vacuumed). Cloth covered sofa is terrible and needs to be replaced. So dirty. Also lamp in Bedroom has a broken on/off switch.

It was a great stay and very clean and shuttle stay.

Strong odors Made our noses stuffy and couldn’t wait to hit the road for our next destanation.

− Very Strong urine smell. Couch was dirty and had a lot of stains. Bathtub was filthy. Shower curtain and wall tiles had mildew all over it. There’s no pictures of the outside of the building, because it’s old and run down. This place has potential if the owner hired good cleaners, (you do have to pay a cleaning fee when booking!) and removed all the carpet. A few upgrades here and there would make all the difference.

Had to extend our stay due to it being peaceful and convenient for our stay. Might decide to stay a little longer as my

Neighbors are very friendly. Property is very peaceful and quiet even though my kids were very loud.
