− long elevator wait
Spent 4 hours waiting for someone to fix stuff but after that it was great.
4.0View of lake. Plenty of sleeping space. Set up of the apartment.
− Sheets on all the beds were dirty. Trash from previous renters under furniture. Stove broken. Shower door broken. Bathroom door would still open even when locked.

− terrible wait for the elevator and our rooms wifi never worked, stains all over the carpet and zero toilet paper and asked for some and never got brought any. for 2,000 and paying the cleaning fees I feel like we should have stocked up items and no crumbs on the floor and found toys under the couch. everything else was ok.
