− Noisy neighbours, front door being slammed and damaged in the early hours of the morning, WiFi router had cable taped into it, and had no WiFi all our stay

10.0The service was great from the time of booking. I was initially hesitant, as booking blindly can be risky, as places often don’t match the photos. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how immaculate this place was. Let’s just say I’ll definitely be booking it again. The location is perfect, especially being close to family, and it’s also very peaceful.
− Unfortunately, as with many things in life, there are moments that fall short of expectations. In our case, the lack of 24/7 customer service was an issue. We needed to request an extra hour, but were unable to do so because there was no one available to confirm it. As a result, we didn’t want to risk losing our deposit, had to wait in the car.
