We come to hemsby at least once a year and this was our 1st time on this park… it’s definitely our new chalet to come to. The property was brilliant for the price we paid….. it was a lovely size… clean… well Presented… we loved the extra touches of toys/colouring for the children…. And dvds for both children and adults…. Hoover/mops and cleaning products(perfect for longer stays) loved the fact it had a washing machine… a very well organised holiday home with a brilliant manual folder for all information needed for your stay. The pictures don’t do the chalet justice… It had extra touches that other homes don’t offer like tea sugar toilet paper things you need after a long journey for before you set out and explore. The chalet is easy to find and in a nice part of the park… definitely looking at dates to come again. A lot of thought has gone into everything to make sure every need met and every home to home feeling has been met. Oh and the beds are super comfortable

− The only 2 things I’d say is windows upstairs don’t have safety locks on them so open wide which isn’t great if staying with children… we locked them with our keys only to find their own window key on the last day. Which again a good touch. But think they could have a safety lock for summer when you’d like to have the windows open but keep The children safe. Another thing…. Not a huge concern but the smell of damp… this probably can’t be helped but it definitely sticks to your skin and hair and leaves a smell. And on your bedding too.

Everything plenty of space clean and tidy nice little walk to the beach, amusement and club house was exceptional and the little cafe

− Was made aware of the electric meter would have been helpful to have known a rough idea of how many £ it would need

Cleanliness, comfortable!

− No electric on arrival at all. Put £8 in over 36hrs Not enough comfortable seating just 1 sofa for 5 adults! Bedroom doors rattling at night

The chalet was well equipped, comfortable but not luxurious which is to be expected considering the price so overall very pleased with the chalet.

− The holiday park had friendly staff but eating out choices were limited and not the best quality. We had a problem with cash only.

− Main bed was a bit soft for us, but that's our preference .
