Booked for a birthday trip to see a couple friends and went to NYC. Beautiful house with beautiful decor.
10.0Accessible to a couple stores and bars, very comfortable. Loved the gas stove!
− The back door in the kitchen leading to that small hallway before reaching the outside back door was just a simple lock and not something that could’ve been dead bolted.

9.0It was a nice location. Two bedrooms/Two full-size beds. I thought the mattresses were comfortable. Nice refrigerator. Good communication. WiFi worked well (Alex is the WiFi name). Nice televisions in living room and both bedrooms. We didn't use the backyard, but it looked really nicely kept.
− Only complaint my daughter had was the ceiling fans could be dusted better and maybe the bathroom fan too. But, I was happy with everything. Also, there is a broken guitar hanging up in the living room, and I was worried that might be blamed on us. :) On the weekends, if you want to go to bed early, you might have to park around the block. I parked by the park one night, and by the bridge another night. That wasn't an issue though. Car was safe and undisturbed.
