− There wasn’t anything The icing on the cake would have been parking but there were carparks near by were very near and reasonable.

8.0Location in Kendal is fantastic right off the Main Street and opposite a convenient park. Easy to find and easy to access all that Kendal has to offer Lovely decor and bedrooms were really cute. Comfy sofa
− It want that we didn’t like it at all really. I would say because we were using the sofabed in lounge as we’re 3 adults in separate beds it was quite small and we probably wouldn’t have wanted to do that more than a couple of nights .
An amazing property in the centre of Kendal which provides everything for a great stay.
10.0The location was absolutely fantastic and the communication was excellent. The provided everything we needed, including fans, as it was hot.
− The fridge space is limited.
Venue ideal for a short break
5.0Location was central , great bed in the loft and shower was excellent .
− The parking, people often stayed over an hour , repeat offenders using as own private parking bay , difficult to unload luggage so had to walk from car park .
Enjoyable
8.0I did not get an email, as promised, on the day of travel (or beforehand) advising me of the code to the key safe. I was unable to contact Booking.com for assistance andhad to use another booking site to contact the property owner to get access. In fact i was extremely disappointed by Booking.com as I had tried to contact them months in advance to answer some Q's and got no reply.
− Very poor customer service from Booking.com
