It was easy to collect the keys as I have been to LJ Hooker before to collect keys. We liked the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom set up as I had my parents with my husband and I - and our 22 year old son. We all had our own space.

− They took AU $500 out of my VISA without asking. We could not find the property. Then worked out the building was called Bale Salt. We drove around for ages looking for it and I was with my 80 year old parents who had a caught a flight at 4am from NZ to get there and were very tired. The apartment was cold - NO sun Not enough blankets

I’m a word traveler and the management were terrible. They sent multiple conflicting emails. You have to provide persona

Quiet, clean,spacious, lovely master bedroom and bathroom, nice pool although only very slightly heated but here was also a spa. Underground parking and lift with trolleys for the luggage. We stayed 2 nights. The apartment itself is nice but the company managing it are terrible which mad it very stressful.

− They only provided 2 pool towels for 5 of us. The timber blinds in both front bedrooms didn’t shut properly and so very light in the morning. No hot water in the 2nd bedroom hot tap hand basin.

Pool. Beach. Upmarket apartment. 3 Bathrooms. clean.

− 1. Huge problem locating the place. The Building is called Peppers Bale NOT WAVE CULTURE. Remove this name. This name does not appear anywhere. We spent a hot, angry hour trying to find Wave Culture. If you cannot use the proper name for some reason in advertising, you can use it once someone has booked in. Let the Agent know to tell people the right name or change in Advertising if possible., 2. We paid to enter at 2 pm but only got the keys from the lock box at 2 pm. We lost one hour paid for. But they were very strict at us vacating at 10.30 pm, not 11 am. Wrong.

− The address and location wasn’t clear. Took us some time to find it but only after calling the office did we actually find it.
