the nickle and diming for every little thing is ridiculous, and the front desk is very rude

− Did not like it. There are hidden charges and additional fees for everything. Nothing worked properly, no ice, no assistance without charge, had roaches..Rude front desk, broken elevators. Not worth the money at all

1.0The location was close to the beach.
− The unit was dirty, the was were all broken, the water pressure in the shower was very low you can barely clean yourself, the bed didnt have a mattress cover so it wasnt hygiene. The unit smelt like mold, there was mold in the washroom on the ceiling. The windows were very dirty, absolutely disgusting.

9.0The view was phenomenal, we didn’t expect it as it wasn’t in the photo description. How the rooms were separate was really nice.
− The couch felt like it could have been cleaned better and the top comforter sheet has to covers over it but didn’t close and we were one sheet away from the actual mattress that didn’t feel too hygienic.
