Gorgeous Mountain Condo - Pool & Hot Tub♡

Great place to stay. We plan on coming back the next year!

The rooms and facilities were excellent. View from the room was great. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. We mostly did hiking and day trips which were all accessible from our location. Grocerie stores within walking distance. A number of trails start in or around town. I was amazed to see there are around 140 trails hikes or climbs within the area near or around Canmore. Look forward to coming back

− Missing a full set of cutlery, if we had family with us we would not have utensils for them. The mugs or cups had a handle that forced you finger against the cup making it not possible to drink from them if you were having hot tea or so. Fortunately we had brought a few mugs with us. They had a roll of scented grabage bags which is a terrible idea as it smelled up the whole condo. We put them on the balcony and aired out the ones we wopuld use during our stay.

The apartment was big, spacious and clean.

− The wifi was terrible, the elevator was not working and we were not told before arriving and it was a serious inconvenience for us because we had lots of kids. The pool signs were not clear, it was on a different building and it took very long to find it.

The location was perfect! Close enough to the high way, but far enough away you can’t hear it. The unit was clean and smelled SO good. Loved having a dishwasher, made cleaning up easier! The pool and hot tub was beautiful and very big compared to other places. The check in process was super easy, the agent we talked to guided us perfectly through the parkade, and even suggested a few restaurants to try out!

We were scammed

− Did not provide check in details. We waited outside the condo in rain for 2 hours. Phoned them, messaged them to no avail. They charged more than advertised rate. We were freezing cold and in desperation found alternative accommodation. Jours later they sent check in details. Too late. Only refunded a small portion of cost and told booking.com that we didn’t turn up. A lie. And the advertisement said reception were there until 5pm. There was no reception and noone there. I am also very distressed with the way booking.com have treated me. I have been using booking.com for years without a problem. I have lodged a complaint and they have taken no action. I have the emails and messages as evidence.

Overall it was a great place to stay, cleanliness, comfort and location

We love everything about this property. It feels like home away from home. It is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional. We love having a bbq on the balcony as well. It is in a quiet area with lots of green.
