10.0Чиста, затишна квартира, є все необхідне. Спальні місц для 2 осіб (1 двоспальня кровать). Закрита територія двору.
В цілому, всім задоволений. Гарно відпочили. Дякую власнику за комфортний відпочинок.
10.0Все сподобалось: легка комунікація із господарем, квартира повністю відповідала опису та сподіванням. Квартира дуже тепла й затишна, газова колонка працювала відмінно (зазвичай у мене проблема з налаштуванням температури води), є весь необхідний посуд. Все повністю відповідало опису. Розташування дуже зручне, розвита інфраструктура та транспортне сполучення. Як то кажуть, "тихий центр".
− 1. Майже всі шафи зайняті, а в прикроватних тумбочках не зручно зберігати свої речі, звільніть хоч комод. 2. Кровать не оцінять люди із хворою спиною (як я), хоча підібрати зручне положення мені все ж таки вдалося. До такого я же звик, от же - не критично. 3. Або я неуважний, або в оголошенні не написано: квартира на 8-му поверсі. Як я зрозумів, у вихідні (сб, нд) ліфт не працює. Ходити пішки містом та сходами я звик, для мене не критично, але дружина трохи була "розчарована". Я розумію, що від власника це не залежить, але цей момент раджу враховувати при виборі помешкання в цьому будинку.
