− Sofas Small double bed Dirty decking No chairs on decking so couldn't sit out !

− Dirty inside and outside of the caravan. Dirty windows,carpet and sofa. Bathroom had rust on the shower tray and toilet roll holder and broken toilet seat, damp patches on the walls in the bathroom and hallway. The kettle was not fit for purpose due to limescale floating in the water. No working bedside lamps so had to leave the hallway light on. Crumbs and a couple of chips under the sofa cushions and when you sat on the sofa it sank in the middle. A broken outside light was left on the decking.a half eaten birthday cake left behind.

10.0Fantastic caravan, loved the location as it’s so close to the beach and pond.
− It could do with a good clean it’s very dusty especially under the beds. I did have to clean the rooms the day I arrived and left it cleaner then it was.

7.0The location and facilities on the campsite were very good.
− The bathroom was not clean, the bins hadn't been emptied and there was no bedding supplied for the pull out bed in the lounge area that was required to be used. We took our own linen but did expect to have a duvet and pillows to use for the sofa bed.

5.0− When we got to the caravan and opened the doors to the decking it was covered in cigarette ash and there was a McDonald's cup full of cigarette ends. Looked for brush to clean it all which I should not have had to do, only found a small dustban brush so had to get on hands and knees to clean it.
