Central Location with easy access to all the amenities and the local station. The large private back garden was well maintained with sunny and shady spots for the 2 dogs. Plenty of outdoor seating to relax on. Advantage of a downstairs cloakroom.

− The personal decorative taste of the owners diminished the use and functionality of the rooms especially the kitchen.The photos do show some of this I should have looked closer. Limited on usable space in many rooms but overcrowded with decorative items. You could also see that the cleaners struggled to keep things dust free. Towels are not provided . This is not stated on the booking .com website no mention of towels in the bathroom section but it is on the Keys website so no come back. Check both sites. After arriving at 4 pm and unloading we had to go out and buy towels.

The place was well situated ideal for the mature person and would stay here again the owner dealt with problems straight away

− Property was dusty and could do with a good clean the agents close for dinner so we was hanging around before we could check in but didn’t put us off

A Step Back in Time Which Was Wonderful

The house was lovely, it was like stepping back in time to either the 1920s or 1940s. Not quite sure what era. Lots of lovely touches to the place. The location was brilliant - right in the centre of the High Street. And, surprising it was very quiet there. Very easy to get to the train station, the steam train and the beach. All within 2 minutes and every easy to walk to. Sheringham was a very friendly place too.

− The bath was a little deceptive. I got in and had a lot of trouble getting back out again. But, this could be rectified by a hand rail or grab rail. We had to park in the station car park but that wasn't too far away and not too much trouble once we got used to it.
