2.0− Mein Gott - Lasst die Finger davon!!! Diese Wohnung ist absolut nichts für den Sommer. Viele Treppen ohne Lift. In der Wohnung keine Klimaanlage. Viel zu teuer für das, was angeboten wird. Wir haben diese Wohnung sofort abgelehnt, haben zwar das Geld verloren, aber lieber Geld verlieren, als in dieser heissen Wohnung zu verrotten. Danach haben wir uns ein Hotelzimmer gemietet. Das Vermittlungsteam war aber Super freundlich.

8.0Ruhige erhöhte Lage, Carefour/Strand/Fahrradverleih/Restaurant 8 min zu Fuss, eigener PP, 180° grandiose Aussicht, zweckmässig eingerichtet, gut zu durchlüften, Preis/Leistung für die Saison top.
− Bettgestelle & Matratzen gehören a.s.a.p ersetzt. Sauberkeit bei Ankunft durchschnittlich mit Mängeln.
Buona soluzione, anche se un po’ defilata e con qualcosa da sistemare
8.0Appartamento ampio e ben attrezzato, ambienti puliti. Luminoso e con un bel panorama. Sebbene l’edificio sia vicino all’autostrada, affaccia sul lato opposto e il rumore non disturba. Posto auto comodo.
− Non c’è aria condizionata, anche se ci sono i ventilatori. Tenda esterna e infisso porta finestra in soggiorno da sistemare. Due piani di scale senza ascensore (coi bagagli non è comodissimo).
