Rude staff
1.0− The staff is very rude when I asked for adding toilet paper. In the room there is only one roll of toilet paper, and I booked 7 days stay, so I asked to put toilet paper on the second day, and he said “what do I do to the toilet paper” So for 7 days only 1 toilet paper. What can I do to toilet paper?Can I eat it? No reason to ask this to a customer even for a normal people. And the first day is completely no water and cannot do anything. The staff didn’t show any notice before you book and only on the check in day will send a message via booking platform. Very disappointing service and plan if anyone need to go outside during the stay! Friendly reminder: please buy the toilet paper for yourself is you decide to book this property.
Interesting, good value for money but you are sharing a student flat with young students
5.0Good location, comfy bed, quiet most of the time, warm. Pretty good value for money. If you can put up with some of the hassles, it's probably OK
− It's a student flat with students living and working next to you. Sometimes noise and people coming and going in the early hours of the morning though there wasn't bad behaviour. No TV provided or , strictly, no TV remote available and I checked. Communal kitchen was a bit tired, a struggle to get cutlery, space in the fridge, other people cooking etc Bed was very low, as a pensioner, I had to roll onto the floor to get up. I liked the spiral staircase but it was steep and you couldn't manage that if you had any mobility issues. Toilet was bust and kept running water all night sometimes. I'm not sure of the legality of what they are doing renting out student flats to the public, local authority might have issues.
