It wasn't terrible. But it wasn't great.
4.0It was secure. I liked the watchman at the door and how close it was to grocery and supplies.
− There was no hot water for the shower the whole time we were there. At one point the electricity meter got low and was beeping all night and day. When I notified the housekeeper she stated it needed tokens but then didn't add them, we left town for a few days then came back and it was still beeping for another day until I reminded her. A cat came every day and got in the trash and strewn it all over the balcony
