It was pleasant, comfortable, clean and convenient apart from the points I have mentioned.
7.0The location was excellent, very close to the station, shops and eating places.
− The apartment door couldn't be locked from the inside as the lock was faulty. We stuck a ladle under the door for peace of mind but guests should be able to feel secure and surely fixing the lock would not be a problem. The TV wasn't working, and as I had come to London to enjoy Wimbledon it was very disappointing not to be able to watch matches on TV. Fortunately I had my laptop with me but I wanted a bigger screen.

− Common entry was dark and dingy. Uncertainty regarding on site parking. Oven was filthy however host arranged cleaning very quickly. Only one set of keys provided.
